09 December 2009 i want to know form all the experts that The new GST will replace the all provision of central excise or little bit part of it.

09 December 2009 GST will subsume Central Excise, along with plethora of other indirect taxes, both at the Central and State Level.

Almost all the provision of Central excise will get replaced/subsumed with Central GST.
