Rules for Declaring Employee Salary in TDS Return

Dear Experts,

We want to know whether we can skip declaring those employees salary who's salary is below threshold limits i.e. Rs.3 lacs as per new tax regime. Is it compulsory to declare salary of all the employees in TDS return.
