If somone is having the detailed procdure of GST, which is to be proposed to be implemented from 01.04.2010, How it would be implemented, what would be the procedure, what other Taxes would be revoked and all other related issue on this subject, then please send me the same.

We all know that from the next financial year GST will be applicable.
My question is, is there any possibilities are there for job loss after applicable of GST?

We are a manufacturing unit and we are using Consignment Sale pattern (Stock Transfer Against Form "F"). We are in conffustion about the future of Consignment Sale in GST. Plaease Suggest us in detaials.
We further want to know does the rate of GST will vary State to State & Central.

You are also requested to suggest us the best pattern of sale for us in GST.

i want to know form all the experts that The new GST will replace the all provision of central excise or little bit part of it.

HI frinds ,my attempt for final falls in May 2011... As IFRS stands amended on 2011 i am much worried about whether it ll spoil my preparations. And i hear that New Company Law will also come into force from 2011 and as we all know GST gets amended ..

I want a clear explanation on all these.. Shall i go ahead with my preparations.

And any one has any idea as to from when the Institute ll start testing on all those amended ones.

I am much worried only about Company Law and GST only.
